First time in and I’m hooked. Had them cut two ribeyes to an inch and a half and grabbed a pound of the pimento cheese. Best in town, hands down.

The chicken salad is worth the drive. Staff greeted me by name on my second visit — this is what a neighborhood butcher is supposed to be.

Grabbed a box lunch — turkey on wheat, toasted, with the potato salad. Fresh, fast, and priced right. My new lunch spot downtown.

The chuck is ground fresh daily and you can taste it — burgers were incredible. So glad we finally have a real butcher in town.
